Finstek is expanding, and we are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in the fintech and trading technology space.

This is not just another sales role - we need someone who understands the Forex, CFDs, and trading technology ecosystem inside and out and can strategically build and scale our client network.

If you have a proven track record in high-value B2B sales within fintech and the expertise to navigate the complexities of trading platforms, bridge solutions, liquidity aggregation, and risk management tools, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and Execute Sales Strategy – Identify key opportunities and execute sales plans to expand our footprint in the industry.
  • Drive New Business – Leverage your industry knowledge and network to generate new leads and close strategic deals.
  • Manage Key Relationships – Build strong partnerships with brokers, liquidity providers, and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Lead the Sales Team – Act as a key driver of sales initiatives, mentoring junior team members and ensuring a high-performance culture.
  • Own the Sales Process – From prospecting and negotiations to onboarding and long-term relationship management, you’ll take full ownership.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in fintech sales, specifically within Forex, CFDs, and trading solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of trading platforms (MT4/MT5, proprietary solutions), bridge technologies, liquidity aggregation, and risk management tools.
  • Proven success in high-value B2B sales, with the ability to negotiate complex deals.
  • Ability to lead and scale sales efforts, not just execute them—this role requires initiative and leadership, not just another salesperson.
  • Strong industry connections and a network of decision-makers within brokerage firms, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
