Campaign Operations Manager
We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to own the lifecycle of our sponsored campaigns, ranging from sponsored articles, social media, email blasts, newsletters, to video content and on-site events. You will be tasked to ensure that every campaign is high-quality and delivered on schedule.
- End-to-End Campaign Lifecycle: Own the post-sales process. You are responsible for client onboarding, asset collection, production scheduling, and final launch.
- Client Liaison: Act as the operational point of contact for advertisers/sponsors. You’ll manage expectations, collect assets, and handle the feedback/approval loops between clients and creators.
- Campaign Optimization: You don’t just “run campaigns”; you help improveit. You will ideate "hooks" and formats that align a sponsor’s goals with our audience’s interests. This includes, but is not limited to, testing different headlines, email subjects, CTA placements, and layouts for sponsored pieces to maximise campaign performance.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign data regularly and generate post-campaign reports.
Who You Are
- Senior Mindset: You are comfortable working remotely, managing your own deadlines, and ready to deliver good content campaigns without needing constant supervision. You aren't just a "task manager"; you are a "product owner" for our sponsored campaigns experience.
- The "Growth Mindset": You don't just follow a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure); you are obsessed with finding a way to make it 10% better every month. You’re the person who says, "We’ve been doing it this way for six months. How can we automate half of it?"
- Creative Problem Solving: Ability to take a client’s "boring" whitepaper and ideate 3–5 high-engagement content "hooks" that will resonate with our specific fintech audience.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in Content Operations, Digital Media Production, Content Marketing or Ad Ops, ideally within the Fintech or Financial Services sector. Experienced in managing social media and content marketing campaigns.
- Fintech Literacy: You don’t need a Finance degree, but you should know what a "Digital Asset Service Provider" or "RegTech" is. As Fintech is an ever-changing industry, you must be willing to stay updated on the latest fintech topics that would work well for clients.
- Project Management Mastery: Expert at managing multi-channel campaigns (Newsletter, Web, Social, Video, Press Releases, Articles) with zero missed deadlines.
- Tech & AI Proficiency: Expert-level user of WordPress, Excel and GA4 to analyze campaign performance and suggest necessary improvements. You proactively use AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to speed up research, drafting, and creative ideation.
- Radical Organization: You can manage 15+ active campaigns simultaneously without missing a single client deadline or internal milestone.
