FinTech and Ecosystem Specialist

As a member of Group Technology Architecture team, you will be responsible to forge fintech and ecosystem partnerships to uplift technology architecture, advance digital transformation agenda and catalyse financial innovation.

Description
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to forge fintech & ecosystem partnerships, with clear value proposition and partner due diligence/onboarding within set timelines.
  • Conduct/facilitate Proof of Concept (POC) to validate proposed solutions, encourage fast adoption and manage downside risks.
  • Scale fintech solutions bankwide and cross-synergy through active engagement regionally.
  • Identify and review problem statements and opportunities with business partners.
  • Scan fintech landscape and trends to scout potential fintech partnership opportunities.
  • Track and report progress against key ecosystem metrics.
  • Support in defining prioritisation criteria and partner evaluation framework.
  • Support overall strategy and roadmap for fintech and ecosystem partnership.
  • Support staff upskilling on fintech trends upskill staff through bank wide roadshow and events.
Responsibilities
  • 5-10 years of Fintech & Ecosystem building experience; Technology know-how preferred.
  • Strong product and business analysis experience in domains such as retail banking, wealth management, corporate banking, treasury, and regulatory & compliance.
  • Deep understanding of fintech, emerging technology trends and market needs.
  • Experience in financial services with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, internal and/or external.
  • Able to lead, manage or influence others to achieve desired objectives &/or deliverables.
  • Able to provide creative or alternative solutions to address business problems and achieve desired outcome.
  • Team player, able to work independently.
  • Strong ownership and accountability.
  • Customer service focused, resourceful and result oriented and good follow through.
  • Analytical skills.
