Description

Group Product Manager – Payments & FX Lead at DK Bank will deliver domestic and cross-border payments and FX products that are reliable, compliant, and cost-efficient, powering payments flows for both retail and institutional customers, including the fast-evolving digital assets ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Own payments & FX roadmap: domestic rails, cross-border corridors, billing engine and FX pricing, including payment flows tailored for digital asset flows
  • Structure partnerships with correspondent banks and payment processors that are digital assets friendly but still regulatorily compliant
  • Optimize conversion and approval rates across pay-in/pay-out methods (cards, bank, wallets) and on/off ramp flows
  • Work with legal, AML and risk stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and sanctions
  • Partner with Treasury on liquidity, settlement, and SLAs; define routing and risk rules
  • Conduct market benchmarking, data analysis and user studies to optimize product features and customer utilization
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation and growth
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 10 years of working experience, with background in payments preferred
  • Familiar with writing product requirements and SDLC tools such as Confluence
  • Collaborative team player with a proven ability to demonstrate leadership and foster consensus across large cross-functional groups
  • Skilled at proactively seeking input, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring that decisions and plans reflect the perspectives of those affected
