Atome is looking for a full-time Product Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities
- Lead the solution design and development of reconciliation systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our fast-paced fintech environment.
- Continuously analyze and improve our payment reconciliation process, implementing best practices for financial accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with technology and financial teams to design and implement new features and enhancements in the reconciliation systems.
- Utilize strong linguistic skills in English and Mandarin to manage communication and documentation for diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between external partners and internal teams for system integration and troubleshooting.
- Train and support users on new system features and functionality.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, specifically with payment reconciliation systems in the Fintech/BNPL industry.
- Strong command of both English and Mandarin, with good communication and writing skills in both languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
