Responsibilities
- Product Development: Oversee and improve payment products to stay competitive and meet customer needs.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Work with teams to define product strategy and maintain a clear roadmap.
- Market Research: Analyze fintech/payment trends to find opportunities for innovation.
- Feature Implementation: Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure payment solutions follow industry regulations and security standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with banks, payment processors, and key partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics to optimize product performance.
- User Feedback: Collect and act on user feedback to improve experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably in fintech or payments.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of payment systems, banking infrastructure, and regulations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving with a data-driven approach.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate and influence in a cross-functional team.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and product development.
- Communication & Leadership: Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.
- Data & UX Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis and user research for product decisions.
