Description

As a Product Manager, you will be pivotal in crafting the strategy and directing the lifecycle of our key fintech products, with an emphasis on technical prowess, market insights, and leadership, especially in managing diverse cross-functional teams including software developers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling product visions and roadmaps that align with strategic business goals and meet customer needs within the payment and expense management sectors.
  • Lead product development from concept through launch, working closely with engineering teams to balance customer needs against technical capabilities.
  • Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics to guide future product development.
  • Gather extensive feedback from both customers and internal teams to continuously refine product offerings.
  • Prioritize product backlog items based on business impact and customer value.
  • Ensure smooth integration of product features into the broader ecosystem.
  • Craft detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to maintain and expand market leadership.
  • Coordinate with Merchant Services to define pricing strategies and promotional activities.
  • Mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering a productive and innovative team environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing product lifecycle in a fintech environment, especially with payment systems or expense management products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with technical teams, including developers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to make data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and influencing cross-functional teams.
