development cycle for rolling out innovative financial products/rewards and enabling us in building a world-class experience.
Responsibilities
- Shape product roadmap and vision
- Define and develop initial requirements to product launch,monitoring, and refinement
- Work with senior management to define and track success criteria
- Work with design and engineering to craft a delightful user experience
- Drive successful integration with external partners
- Communicate effectively product vision and roadmap to teams across the company
- Mentor the team for both professional and personal development
Qualifications
- Bachelors in any fields
- More than 7 years of product management experience
- Work experience with fintech products, including (not limited to) banking products, personal loans, credit card, and/or Buy Now Pay Later products
- Demonstrated success working on B2C products
- Experience using analytics tools like SQL, Segment, Periscope, Amplitude, etc
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with behaviour-driven development and Agile methodologies
- Good knowledge of local banking regulatory and compliance environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic programming/growth hacker skills is a plus
- Islamic financial product knowledge a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated experience recruiting, building, structuring, leading operations organizations, including coaching and performance management
