Regional Marketing Manager
Description

Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering successful marketing initiatives across various disciplines including brand, product, partnerships, and growth marketing. The role will require scoping requirements, developing marketing strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient and smooth execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in the tech/fintech/startup/digital advertising/agency space, with a solid understanding of marketing project planning and management, design and content quality management, media management, and performance marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage marketing initiatives from start to finish, ensuring the delivery and success of projects, campaigns, or partnerships
  • Develop marketing strategies based on various objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans effectively
  • Manage the design and content quality of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
  • Oversee media management across digital, social, and CRM channels, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Launch marketing campaigns and ensure the successful attainment of campaign objectives
  • Maintain organized documentation of marketing processes and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze metrics and data to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth
  • Take ownership of campaign objective attainment, marketing process SLAs, and marketing resource efficiency, and contribute to overall company revenue and growth metrics
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in tech/fintech/startup/digital advertising agency space
  • Experience in both brand management and performance marketing
  • Strong project planning and management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledgeable on metrics and data analysis
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
