ShopeePay is seeking a full-time Relationship Management - Digital Product in Malaysia

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with Digital Product partners, ensuring partner performance on platform to drive overall category performance
  • Support category manager in constructing business growth strategies, identify market gap and new sources of growth
  • Negotiate commercials with partners, and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners to run marketing campaigns
  • Analyse partners’ sales and marketing performance to drive transaction numbers and revenue
  • Work closely with internal function stakeholders, incl. Marketing, Product, Legal, Ops etc to execute projects aligned with business growth objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, with at least 2 years of working experience in business development scope
  • Prior working experience in e-commerce, telco, utilities or fintech industry will be an added advantage
  • Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
  • Strong communication and project management skills, able to foster strong relationship both internally and externally
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis from data
