The Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Manager, who is also capable of both development and administration, to play a key role in building connected applications on the Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with our business, product, and engineering teams to leverage the platform to automate processes and to optimize all aspects of business sales operations and customer onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Working closely, as a sole contributor, with business development, compliance & product teams to streamline customer onboarding and sales pipeline activities
  • Design, development and rollout of customised Salesforce Lightning workflows
  • Management of the Salesforce platform, licenses and users
  • Be the subject matter expert to the user community, providing training programs and initiatives to increase engagement
  • Champion Salesforce tools within the organisation
Qualifications
  • An expert level understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform using the Lightning experience (preferably with Salesforce Administrator Certification)
  • Demonstrated ability to design solid data models
  • Ability to integrate with Salesforce with APIs using a programming language is highly valued
  • Ability to develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals
  • Ability to perform development, testing, documentation of Salesforce solutions
  • Ability to develop custom applications using Lightning Components, Salesforce Apex and Visualforce
  • Forward-thinking: you build solutions that can be extended
  • Detail-oriented: you always ask important questions to get clarifications
  • Problem Solver. You are creative but also practical in finding solutions to problems that may arise in the project to avoid potential escalations.
