Job Purpose

Drive growth in digital retail by leading platform strategy, fostering innovation, and delivering transformative digital experiences

Job Requirements
  • Drive adoption and engagement of the Bank’s digital products through targeted marketing strategies and by identifying strategic business partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Ideate, plan, and execute initiatives to enhance existing digital offerings and launch innovative new products.
  • Identify and engage potential business partners to explore collaboration opportunities that expand digital product reach.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including initiation, development, coordination, execution, and management of business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards, SDLC, and change management processes, maintaining robust project controls and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the Banking Group and external partners to foster collaboration and alignment.
Candidate Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance/banking/engineering/IT
  • Preferably 5 years of relevant work experience in financial services managing digital products
  • A good people manager
  • Good knowledge of capital market, financial markets and financial products.
  • Good business project management skills to meet deadlines and ensure successful rollout of projects.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with good analytical and design thinking
  • Collaborative, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic fast-paced environment.
