Senior Manager - Digital Banking

About the Role

● Support clients with the assessment of current banking architecture and identify areas of improvement

● Design end to end banking architecture for new banking organizations

● Drive banking architecture innovations with our clients, define target state and transition roadmaps

● Support clients with evaluating technology selection process

● Work with different technology vendors to build a best of breed technology architecture

● Support the sales process and proposal development for digital banking projects


About you

● Bachelor’s degree or above qualification

● Minimum 8 - 12 years of relevant experience, preferably within a consulting environment

● Experience with multiple projects in the banking space and at least 1 digital banking implementation or comes from the digital or architecture function of a bank or digital bank

● Deep knowledge of integration approaches and architectures

● Deep knowledge of digital banking architectures and architecture approaches

● Deep understanding of open banking, microservice architecture and at least one or more of the following areas:

- Core Banking, Cloud Native core banking, API microservice architecture, mobile-front end architecture, customer engagement architecture

- Ability to bridge the gap between technology and business

● Self-driven, curious and a fast-learner, and able to take responsibility for personal growth and development

● Able to demonstrate the ability to research and analyse pertinent client, industry, and technical matters

● Possess strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

● Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teams

● Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels

● Demonstrated project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

● Able to interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal forms

● Ability to efficiently understand client organisations and their business model and to tailor relevant processes to privacy requirements
