Eligible Malaysians can now open and fund a Webull Malaysia trading account through TNG eWallet to invest in US, Hong Kong and China A-share markets.
TNG Digital and Webull Malaysia announced the partnership to add global share trading to GOfinance, the eWallet’s financial services hub.
Users can apply for an account digitally and fund it directly from their TNG eWallet balance, subject to eligibility and account approval.
Webull Malaysia provides regulated brokerage services and trading tools.
Users can access market information and charting tools to research investments and carry out their own analysis.
Eligible US stocks are available for 24-hour weekday trading, including outside regular US market hours.

Kenneth Chan, Chief Executive Officer at Webull Malaysia, said,
“For too long, global markets have been out of reach for too many first-time investors.
Webull breaks down these barriers, and through this partnership, GOfinance users do not need to even download a new app to access a free learning hub and begin trading US stocks and ETFs with zero commission and no platform fee.”
As of August 2026, GOfinance had 8.5 million users, with more than four million transacting each month and 46% holding more than one financial services product.

Desmond Teoh, Chief Financial Services Officer at TNG Digital, said,
“Our aim with GOfinance is to bring more financial choices into an app Malaysians already use and know. With Webull Malaysia, eligible users can take the next step into overseas share investing, starting with digital account opening and funding.
The partnership combines TNG eWallet’s reach with Webull Malaysia’s specialist expertise, helping us support a wider range of financial needs beyond payments.”
A launch campaign offers eligible users RM30 worth of Apple fractional shares when they access Webull Malaysia through GOfinance.
To qualify, users must deposit at least RM200 into their trading account and maintain that deposit for at least 30 days. Campaign terms and conditions apply.
