ManagePay Systems Berhad (MPAY) traces its roots to the incorporation of MPSB in 2000 as a technology solutions provider. That same year, MPAY expanded with the creation of Sinatec, focused on Microsoft-based ERP/CRM solutions, and Whatdevice, initially set up for online mobile phone sales. MPSB soon shifted toward Electronic Payment Solutions, earning MSC status in 2001, while Sinatec was later demerged in 2006 to specialise in Loyalty Management Services and began R&D in Cyberjaya in 2008. Whatdevice eventually moved into Business Process Outsourcing. Today, MPAY operates as an end-to-end provider of electronic payment services, offering merchant acquisition, hardware and infrastructure, software, security, and ICT solutions.
