TNG Digital has launched Insure360, a comprehensive health insurance center, on its Touch ‘n Go eWallet. This new feature offers a range of critical illness and medical insurance products in collaboration with AIA Malaysia.
Insure360 joins a suite of insurance products such as WalletSafe, SafeTrip, SafeHome, and CI Insure previously introduced by the company.
This new offering is designed for individuals seeking affordable medical and critical illness insurance, with premiums starting at RM10 per month.
The service caters to those needing basic coverage or supplementing their existing medical insurance from employers. The premiums are adjustable based on age and gender, and the coverage is renewable annually up to age 70.
The plan offers two options for coverage without the need for a medical examination. Users can either combine different insurance products to suit their needs or choose a 2-in-1 bundle for both critical illness and medical insurance.
Coverage includes hospitalisation expenses and, in case of critical illness, a lump sum payout of up to RM100,000, along with a lifestyle assistance allowance.
Insure360 also provides access to AIA’s Personal Medical Case Management Service, offering connections to world-renowned specialists for medical advice and treatment based on a reviewed diagnosis.
Additionally, the partnership with AIA enables virtual medical services, allowing users to receive medical advice from home.
For hospitalisation cases, Insure360 facilitates cashless admissions at AIA panel hospitals nationwide. Claims can be submitted online through the Touch ‘n Go eWallet under GOprotect, with instant payment deposit into the user’s bank account upon approval.
Eligibility for Insure360 is limited to eKYC verified users of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet aged between 18 and 50, including permanent residents, work permit holders, pass holders, and legally employed individuals residing in Malaysia.
Alan Ni, Chief Executive Officer of TNG Digital shared,
“With a straightforward application process on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet by TNGD, users can customise their plans according to their needs and budget.
Like other insurance products under the GOprotect feature on Touch ‘n Go eWallet, users can enjoy a seamless claim process with the fully digital application, with no medical examination required. As part of the hospitalisation process, they are only required to present their MyKad or passport at the hospital.”
Heng Zee Wang, Chief Marketing Officer of AIA said,
“We are truly excited to break new ground with yet another collaboration with TNG Digital, as part of our efforts to make insurance more accessible to Malaysians.
Insure360 not only provides flexible solutions – it enables users to easily purchase critical illness insurance, in addition to their medical insurance. This is just the beginning for us, as we will be rolling out new features and enhancements in the future – so stay tuned!”
