Tune Protect Group Berhad has appointed How Kim Lian as its new Group CEO, effective 29 July 2024.

How, who joined Tune Protect in 2020 as the Group Chief Financial Officer, takes over from Rohit Nambiar, who stepped down in May 2024.

In his new role, How will focus on expanding Tune Protect’s presence in the lifestyle and travel insurance sectors.

His strategy includes enhancing the company’s service offerings and strengthening relationships with regional partners.

Before joining Tune Protect, How served as the Group Deputy Chief Financial Officer at AirAsia.

He brings extensive experience in finance transformation, programme management, enterprise performance management, and investor relations.

How also holds positions as a Director in Tune Protect Re Ltd. and Tune Protect Thailand.
