TNG Digital, the operator of TNG eWallet, has joined forces with solar energy provider TERA to make green energy solutions more accessible and affordable for Malaysians.
This partnership will allow users to explore and purchase home solar solutions through the TNG eWallet app, making it easier to adopt renewable energy.
By installing solar panels, homeowners can generate clean energy, reduce their carbon footprint, and significantly lower their electricity bills.
Homeowners could save up to 99% on electricity bills, with a return on investment estimated at around 4.5 years.
TERA, a registered and certified solar provider with over a decade of experience, will offer tailored solutions designed to maximize rooftop space and deliver long-term value.
The company has completed 100,000 kWp of installations across 2,000 premises in Peninsular Malaysia and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, complying with MS 1837:2018 for grid-connected PV systems.
This initiative supports the Malaysian government’s push for renewable energy adoption, including the recently extended Net Energy Metering (NEM) programme.
Alan Ni, Chief Executive Officer of TNG Digital, stated,
“Through this strategic partnership, TNG eWallet brings the platform and reach to empower Malaysians, while TERA brings advanced solar technology to drive sustainable energy adoption.
Together, we make it easier for Malaysians to transition to greener solutions, aligning with our #GoNetPositive mission. This collaboration is another step toward integrating sustainability into our ecosystem, combining convenience, accessibility, and environmental responsibility.”
