TNG Digital has opened its first permanent service hub for TNG eWallet users at Kota Raya in Kuala Lumpur, adding in-person support for account and app-related issues.
The centre provides face-to-face support for account-related matters and app features, and is aimed at users across different age groups, nationalities, language backgrounds and levels of digital literacy.
The centre is open to users across different age groups, language backgrounds and levels of digital literacy.

“Digital financial services have become part of everyday life. While technology allows us to serve millions of users efficiently, there are moments when people value the reassurance of speaking to someone directly.
This service hub allows us to provide that human support, helping users resolve issues quickly and continue using digital financial services with confidence. By being present within the community, we are also able to better understand users’ needs and ensure our services remain accessible to everyone.”
said Alan Ni, Chief Executive Officer of TNG Digital.
The Kota Raya hub will also help employers set up salary accounts through TNG eWallet, which is recognised by Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Semenanjung Malaysia as an approved salary account.
This could benefit businesses employing migrant workers who may face difficulty accessing traditional banking services, while helping employers and workers with onboarding, account management and smoother payroll processes.
The launch is part of a broader plan to expand on-ground customer support to more locations nationwide.
TNG Digital also clarified that the Touch ‘n Go Hub at NU Sentral Mall is operated by Touch ‘n Go, a separate entity, and mainly handles toll payments and Touch ‘n Go card-related matters.
Meanwhile, the Kota Raya Service Hub is managed by TNG Digital and focuses on support for features and services within the TNG eWallet app.
The service hub is located at Area Y2 and Y4, Ground Floor, Kompleks Kota Raya, Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock, 50000 Kuala Lumpur.
It operates from 10am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm on Sunday, and is closed on Wednesdays.
