TNG Digital, the operator of TNG eWallet, has been granted Malaysia Digital status by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).

The Malaysia Digital status initiative aims to lead digital transformations and empower Malaysian businesses in the global digital economy.

With this recognition, TNG Digital is committed to strengthening Malaysia’s digital economy through various government initiatives promoting a cashless society, with the most recent one being the eMADANI programme, benefiting over 10 million Malaysians.

The recent eMADANI programme, which benefits over 10 million Malaysians, is part of this effort, offering e-wallet credits, vouchers, cashbacks, discounts, and reward points to encourage cashless transactions and alleviate financial burdens.

According to TNG Digital, this certification underscores its dedication to ensuring the platform remains secure and future-ready.

The company prioritises the safety and privacy of eWallet users by adhering to stringent standards and implementing advanced security measures to safeguard data.

TNG Digital’s active participation in the Malaysia Digital Founders Centre of Excellence (MD FOX) programme, facilitated by MDEC, showcases its commitment to fostering the growth of promising Malaysian technology firms.

The Malaysia Digital status further bolsters TNG Digital’s reputation, providing competitive advantages that attract local and international talent.

With improved access to government support, policy influence, and robust business infrastructure, the company is poised to expand its global footprint, attracting new business opportunities, investments, and partnerships both domestically and internationally.
