Position title
Executive, Region Acquisition, Virtual Banking & Payments, Community Financial Services Malaysia
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Region Acquisition Team lead and branches to execute acquisition strategies and initiatives and to support on marketing program
  • Source for high-quality leads, cold call and build a healthy pipeline of leads
  • Keep abreast of the market and industry situation along with competitor activity as part of feedback and learning
  • Contact / Pay a visit to the merchant (if required) to understand the pain points and provide support
  • Regular visit to branches and region to ensure KPI is on track
  • Conduct training to branches/region/merchant
Qualifications
  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in a related field ie digital banking/e wallet industry/sales management
  • Strong sales orientation, networking, and portfolio management skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills
