Business Development:

• Drive our commercialization and alliance agenda for Malaysia, including:
• Identifying potential new partner and developing new accounts in Malaysia
• Develop partner/client proposals and structure commercial arrangements
• Run meetings with potential client and facilitate up to contracting phase
• Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Any other revenue generating activities according to the Business Plan

Venture Transaction related:

• Ensure that all Issuers presented to the Investment committee have satisfactorily passed DD requirements
• Ensure that all Transaction Documents have been properly executed by all parties
• Facilitate fund disbursement to Issuer, repayment collection from Issuer, and cash disbursement process back to participating Investors
• Act as key liaison with business partner such as the Trustee, law firms

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all compliance policies are consistent with the latest regulatory requirements
• Supervise the implementation of various compliance, risk, and outsourcing policies
• Take on accountability for all regulatory reporting to be submitted on a monthly, quarterly, annual and adhoc basis;
• Take responsibility for client onboarding; Ensure that all investors’ members have cleared KYC / AML requirements;
• Ensure that all Issuers have cleared CDD / AML requirements have been fulfilled and verified
• Train and educate staff on relevant policies

Operations related:

• Collect market-wise monthly submission regarding financial performance and quality check contents
• Facilitate performance conversations between Group Management and subsidiaries
• Collect inputs required for monthly shareholder reporting and quality check contents
