Product Manager – Digital Bank

As a Product Manager at our digital bank, you will play a vital role in our product development efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, you will contribute to the success of our multifunctional organizational structure. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team and help drive the growth and impact of our products.

  • Collaborate with the product team to contribute to the end-to-end product development process, from conception to launch.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to generate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Assist in defining and prioritizing short and long-term product goals, ensuring alignment with the team and stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality products that provide exceptional user experiences.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and other teams to coordinate and execute product strategies.
  • Help establish success metrics and track progress toward achieving them.
  • 1-2 years of experience working as a Product Manager or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with software product development and a strong interest in the FinTech industry.
  • Basic understanding of UX design principles and an eagerness to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in working with data and leveraging it to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Adaptability to work with incomplete or ambiguous inputs and turn them into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is a plus.
  • Exposure to customer-facing products (directly impacting end users) would be advantageous.
