As a Product Manager at our digital bank, you will play a vital role in our product development efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, you will contribute to the success of our multifunctional organizational structure. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team and help drive the growth and impact of our products.
- Collaborate with the product team to contribute to the end-to-end product development process, from conception to launch.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to generate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
- Assist in defining and prioritizing short and long-term product goals, ensuring alignment with the team and stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of high-quality products that provide exceptional user experiences.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and other teams to coordinate and execute product strategies.
- Help establish success metrics and track progress toward achieving them.
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Product Manager or in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with software product development and a strong interest in the FinTech industry.
- Basic understanding of UX design principles and an eagerness to enhance user satisfaction.
- Proficiency in working with data and leveraging it to inform product decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Adaptability to work with incomplete or ambiguous inputs and turn them into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is a plus.
- Exposure to customer-facing products (directly impacting end users) would be advantageous.
