Senior Product Manager – Digital Bank

As the Senior Product Manager at our digital bank, you will play a crucial role in leading a cross-functional team comprised of individuals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Working within our multifunctional organizational structure, you will collaborate with stakeholders such as developers, designers, customer service representatives, product marketing, and data scientists. Your primary responsibility will be to drive impactful decisions while ensuring both speed and quality in product development.

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, taking ownership from ideation to launch for the products and product solutions assigned to you.
  • Conduct customer research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing to develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
  • Utilize both qualitative and quantitative insights to formulate hypotheses and drive informed product decisions.
  • Define and prioritize short and long term product goals, effectively communicating them to the team and stakeholders.
  • Deliver minimum-loveable-products that provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, product marketing, customer operations, business, and analytics teams.
  • Develop and execute our product strategy, empowering our customers with innovative tools.
  • Establish clear success metrics and support your teams in achieving them.
  • Previous experience working as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the software product domain.
  • 3-5+ years of product management experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the FinTech industry.
  • Proficient UX design skills and a strong drive to meet user needs and expectations.
  • Comfortable working with data and utilizing it to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capable of transforming incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with customer-facing products is a plus (products directly impacting end users).
