alrajhi bank Malaysia has consolidated its two existing mobile banking apps, alrajhi@24seven and Rize, into a single platform called MY alrajhi.

The unified app brings together all current features and will serve as the bank’s only digital channel for retail customers.

Rize users can log in with their existing credentials, while alrajhi@24seven users are required to download MY alrajhi and complete a quick sign-up to access their accounts.

The Rize Savings Account-i has been rebranded as the DuitPlus Savings Account-i, retaining its 3.3 percent per annum profit rate until further notice.

New customers can open and activate a DuitPlus Savings Account-i through the app without visiting a branch.

Available now on the Apple App Store and Google Play, MY alrajhi will also be available on Huawei AppGallery in the coming days.

Huawei users with the Rize app should continue using it until they receive an update notification.

MY alrajhi supports key functions such as fund transfers, term deposit placements, bill payments through JomPAY and DuitNow QR.

The alrajhi@24seven app and online portal will be retired on 1 July 2025, and customers are advised to switch by 30 June to ensure uninterrupted service.

Developed with technology partner Ejada Systems, the app includes secure device pairing, exclusive session control, and does not store sensitive data on the mobile device.

The bank also plans to launch promotional campaigns in the coming weeks in partnership with selected brands.

Deposits in the DuitPlus Savings Account-i continue to be protected by Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia up to RM250,000 per depositor.

“The introduction of MY alrajhi truly highlights our unwavering commitment to putting our customers first. We understand what our digital banking users need today, and with this consolidated platform, alrajhi bank Malaysia is providing customers the flexibility to manage their finances in a Shariah-compliant way, all without compromising on service or convenience.

By unifying our services into one powerful mobile app, we’re delivering a seamless and secure experience that empowers them to manage their money better. This is a huge leap for us in redefining our position in the Malaysian digital banking landscape.”
