Alliance Bank has upgraded its Visa Virtual Credit Card with supplementary cards and instant rewards redemption.
Primary cardholders can now extend spending access to family members while setting limits and monitoring transactions through the allianceonline mobile app.
Users can also redeem rewards instantly at more than 60 participating merchants instead of accumulating points for later use.
The card uses dynamic numbers for one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions.
It also supports Flexi Payment Plans of up to 12 months and can be frozen or reactivated through the app.
The virtual card does not require a physical card and can be applied for digitally, reducing the use of plastic and paper-based processes.

Alliance Bank Group Chief Consumer Banking Officer Gan Pai Li said,
“We believe banking should evolve with lifestyles and not the other way around. Hence, we will continue to enhance our Visa Virtual Credit Card.
This reflects our commitment, bringing together secure, convenient and rewarding features that fit effortlessly into everyday life.”
Alliance Bank is also offering RM200 off selected Apple purchases of at least RM3,000 made through a 0% instalment payment plan using its eligible Visa credit cards at participating retailers.
