Boost Bank has launched a new savings campaign that allows customers to bid for rates of up to 20% per annum with daily interest.
Called Bid at Boost, the campaign runs weekly from 5 August 2026 to 6 January 2027 and uses a bidding format tied to funds placed in a dedicated Bidding Jar.
Every Wednesday between 8pm and midnight, customers can place a unique amount of between RM1,000 and RM10,000 into the jar.
The funds remain there for one week and earn 3.0% per annum interest during the bidding period.
Each week, the five highest unique amounts are selected as winners.
Winning funds are then transferred into a Boosted Jar, where they can earn up to 20% per annum for four weeks.
Winners can also add up to RM10,000 in additional funds during the promotional period, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.
Customers who are not selected will have their funds and accumulated interest returned automatically to their Digital Savings Account.
They can participate again in subsequent weekly rounds.
Boost Bank introduced Bid at Boost as part of its efforts to use gamified features to encourage saving through its digital banking platform.
