Shopee users in Malaysia can now pay with TNG eWallet through DuitNow QR.
At checkout, shoppers can select DuitNow QR as their payment method and complete the transaction using TNG eWallet.
They can either save or screenshot the QR code generated by Shopee and open it in TNG eWallet, or scan it directly using the app’s Universal Scan feature.
TNG eWallet will then display the payment amount and Shopee Marketplace as the merchant before the user confirms the transaction.
Users can also earn cashback on eligible Shopee purchases through TNG eWallet’s Shop & Earn feature.
The current offer gives users 1% cashback, capped at RM6.67 per order.
To qualify, shoppers need to enter Shopee through the Shop & Earn page before completing their purchase.
Cashback is usually tracked within two days and confirmed within 14 days.
Some purchases do not qualify for cashback, including digital goods, telco and utility payments, vouchers, travel, donations, cinema and event purchases, local services, investments and ShopeePay Near Me transactions.
Shopee LIVE products, streaming-priced items and purchases made with promo codes or vouchers not featured on the platform are also excluded.
Fees, taxes, service charges, shipping and delivery costs are not eligible for cashback.
