RHB Banking Group has completed all 27 initiatives under its five-year Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan.
The plan ran from 2022 to 2026 and focused on strengthening governance, managing corruption risks and improving accountability across the group.
Achievements under the plan included the first phase of the Corporate Integrity System Malaysia Assessment. During Integrity Week 2026, RHB also held anti-corruption training and promoted the reporting of potential misconduct.

Tan Sri Ahmad Badri Mohd Zahir, Chairman of RHB Banking Group, said,
“The successful completion of our Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan is an important milestone, but it is only one step in our broader journey to strengthen trust and accountability across the organisation.
As expectations continue to evolve, integrity must remain at the heart of how we serve our customers, engage our stakeholders, and create long-term value.”
RHB is now developing an Organisational Anti-Corruption Strategy aligned with Malaysia’s National Anti-Corruption Strategy 2024–2028.

Dato’ Mohd Rashid Mohamad, Group MD and Group CEO of RHB Banking Group, said,
“The completion of our Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan is not the end of the journey, but the beginning of the next chapter.
As we develop the Organisational Anti-Corruption Strategy, our focus is on embedding integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct more deeply into every decision, every interaction, and every outcome.”
