Rosidah Baharom has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bursa Malaysia, effective 17 May 2025.
She leaves the position to pursue personal interests after more than 11 years in the role.

Rosidah has over three decades of experience in the financial sector and was appointed CFO of the exchange on 12 February 2014.
She holds professional qualifications from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, as well as a degree in Accountancy from the University of East Anglia.
There were no disagreements with the Board of Directors and no matters requiring shareholder attention related to her resignation.

Bursa Malaysia said an announcement on the new CFO will be made in due course.
